For your convenience we have four different payment options
set up to ensure the security of your information.

1) You may complete this information form and click Continue button to continue to the Secure Order Page. Your order will be processed within 24 business hours.

The following three off-line options require that you print {club_form.PDF}* out your order form and Fax, Call in or Mail your completed Travel Club form to us.
*You will need Acrobat to open the link; if you do not have the program, here is a Free Download for that program.

2) You may call in your Travel Club order to: (888) 881-5861 (M-F, 8A.M. -5P.M PST), and deliver your credit card information over the phone.

3) You may print the Travel Club form (indicating membership desired - one year at $30.00 or two year at $40.00) and Fax it with your credit card information to: (714) 226-9789

4) You may print the Travel Club form (indicating membership desired - one year at $35.00 or two year at $45.00) and mail to (Please do not send cash):

Once your completed form and payment are received you will be notified via E-mail with a confirmation and order number as well as a "Welcome to the Club!" letter. This letter will include your password information so that you may access our database of sponsoring Hotels, Services, Websites and other affiliated members that offer discounts and/or pet amenities to our Travel Club Members.
